Return & Refund Policy

At InfoJunkie, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all digital purchases are generally non-refundable once the product has been downloaded or accessed.

If you experience a technical issue, receive an incorrect file, or are unable to access your purchase, please contact us, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Physical Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items
Digital products that have already been downloaded or accessed are generally non-refundable unless the product is defective or there is an error on our part.

InfoJunkie reserves the right to evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
